Our "below the line" beers are one-time offerings; "when it's gone, it's gone!"* and "there are 1,000** different styles of beer and I intend to make them all, each in its time!"

This is a collection of snippets from our beer menu of styles that we once had, but which are now gone, most recently departed on top.

*There are exceptions, but that's the general rule.
**Given the way recipes can permute, the list is literally endless. I think BJCP recognizes 200+ styles.

Pure Beer Beer made in the style of Bavarian Purity Law:

Nothing but barley, hops, water and yeast.

Beers of Yore

Gemütelichkeit
Amber Kellerbier

ABV: 4.8%
IBU: 32

German for "Cellar beer", this is our 2023 Oktoberfest release. A middle-ages Bavarian style, it's a young, unfiltered, unpasteurized lager with a more pronounced flavor profile than its fully lagered cousin, the Marzen. Lightly carbonated, it's a nice, refreshing, medium-bodied beer perfect for the Autumnal transitional weather.
✔️
Saratoga Steam
California Common

ABV: 4.5%
IBU: 40

California Common -- aka "Steam" beer. A light, refreshing pale ale with a slightly citrusy, slightly resiny flavor. The style is defined by the beer made popular by Anchor Brewing.
✔️
"Geoooooorge!!!"
Saison

ABV: 5%
IBU: 20

A light, somewhat fruity, somewhat citrusy "Summer" beer. This is for all the folk that asked for a "Hefeweizen" (a German-style, herbal wheat beer) when they really wanted a "Witbier" (Belgian style fruity/citrusy farmhouse ale). NOTE: Geoooooooorge!!! contains no wheat. 🙃

$1 from every pint of Geoooooooorge!!! sold goes to fight AML (Leukemia).

✔️

"Not Particulaly"
Hazy (New England) IPA

ABV: 5.5%
IBU: 34

Often called a "hazy" IPA, regardless of the beer's clarity, this is a less bitter, more citrusy, more "juicy" variant IPA that has come to popularity in recent years as an easier drinking alternative to the West Coast IPA.
"Last Mango in Bruges"
Belgian Witbier

ABV: 5.8%
IBU: 18

A light, Summery wheat beer with just a splash of mango fruit for a sweet, refreshing flavor.
"Slam"
Munich Dunkel
(Oktoberfest)

ABV: 4.9%
IBU: 22

A deep, soft, rich dark lager made in Munich style. A light flavor of toast and caramel makes this a refreshing change as we head into the cooler months.
✔️
"CNTL"
Altbier

ABV: 5%
IBU: 39

An old-school Rhineland red ale, now mostly only available in and around Düsseldorf. It has a bit of an interesting history (WIKI)
✔️
"Hugh"
Hefeweizen

ABV: 5.2%
IBU: 11

A light, breezy, German-style wheat beer (weissbier) with a nice herbal flavor and just a touch of citrus.
✔️
"Flander's Candi"
Belgian Dubbel

ABV: 6.6%
IBU: 20

Inspired by Trappist monks, this malt-forward brew has a smooth, warm mouthfeel and a pleasant yeast character with a rich, caramel color.
"O'Feigenbaum"
Fig Stout

  (NITRO)

ABV: 6.7%
IBU: 33

A rich, sweet holiday Stout with a warm, creamy mouthfeel and a wonderful aroma of Turkish Figs.
