Always On Tap
|
"Dirty" Blonde Ale
ABV: 5.4% IBU: 26
|
A light, crisp, Summery beer with just a bit of sass. Gently bittered and dry-hopped (or,
as we like to call it, "cold hopped") with a subtle citrusy Cascade, the sweeter malt flavors really shine
through. |
 |
✔️ |
"Jefferson" American Pale Ale
ABV 5.7% IBU: 75
|
An easy-drinking Pale Ale with a good bite, but lightly attenuated for plenty of
that malty, beery flavor. Good ol' American Cascade adds a subtle citrus note.
Blends nicely into a shandy, if you're looking for a session beer.

✔️ |
"Leftenant Pepper's" English IPA
ABV: 5% IBU: 65
|
More evenly balanced than its American counterparts, this delicious blend of Autumn-sown barley
-- together with our special blend of old world malts and hops that range from UK to Czechoslovakia in
origin -- results in a full-bodied and well balanced IPA full of English flavor with a little black-pepper
on the back end. We think you'll like it. |

* |
"Pretty Purple" Porter (#5)
ABV: 5% IBU: 20
|
Full of body, with a soft mouth feel, this solid, dependable porter has barely a hint
of toasted chocolate. A family favorite since its inception, this is the 5th refinement ("#5")
of the brewmaster's favorite recipe of his favorite style.
Darned-good stuff, if we say so, ourselves! (Also, it's not really purple!)

 |
✔️ |
"Fur of the Cat" West Coast IPA
ABV: 6.1% IBU: 66
|
Crisp and hard-hitting, but with a smooth aftertaste. Not quite as "in your face" as some WC-IPAs, but
plenty bold enough to hold up against any challenger.

Porter
~RESERVE~
(NITRO)
ABV: 7.8% IBU: 20
|
That same delicious Pretty Purple Porter that everyone loves, aged to perfection in a Wayward
Bourbon barrel (from Venus Spirits, Santa Cruz).
We didn't think PPP could get any better but then... WOW!

"God Jul" Winter Seasonal (30C)
ABV: 7.3% IBU: 8
|
Inspired by the Nordic Wintertime festive drink, Gløgg, this copper-kettle colored ale brings
a variety of Winter fruit, spice, and a sweet wine flavors that are sure to lift your spirits
and warm your heart as the earlier evenings begin to cool.
|
|
|
"Wildwood Mischief" Kentucky Common
ABV: 5-ish IBU: 20
|
An historic beer originating in a simpler time, this is a darker, maltier ale that is still light-bodied, sweet and
bubbly with a refreshing fruity/citrus sparkle.
|
|
✔️ |
"Sunshine of Your Love" American Cream Ale
ABV: 4.8% IBU: 12
|
A classic American beer style with a bit more body than an American Lager, but not quite as much as a blonde Ale.
Citrusy, with a bit of spice & sweet floral flavors and a golden amber hue, this light, crisp, effervescent brew is
the perfect refresher for a warm Summer day.
|
|
✔️ |
"Season's Greetings" Chocolate Imperial Stout
ABV: 11.1% IBU: 20
|
This rich ale, with flavors derived from a variety of grain roasting-levels, is
quite chocolaty, without being "sticky sweet". As dark as an overcast Winter's night, the
complexity is tantilizing, without being overbearing. It's big, it's dark, it's full-bodied
and velvety, and it will keep you plenty warm this Holiday Season.
You can add a splash of Peppermint flavoring to get that "Holiday bark" flavor, or brandy
flavoring for a "Brandy Beans" treat. We like it just the way it comes out of the tap, but are
sometimes known to add a scoop of Marianne's Vanilla Bean ice cream to make a scrumptious float!

|
|
"Gentlefolk's Grandeur" English Barleywine
(NITRO)
ABV: 8.2% IBU: 40
|
An exquisite ale that embodies the essence of kindred spirits and warm camaraderie. Velvety, boasting
a rich tapestry of caramel and toffee notes, enveloping your palate in a luscious symphony of flavors.
Cheers to shared moments and the extraordinary taste of benevolence.

Sagburu’s Brew
Ancient Grains beer
ABV: 3.5 ~ 5% IBU: ~0
|
Made as close as I was able to the style of the first Summerian/Mesopotamian beers, this light,
somewhat-raw brew has an interesting taste that is sure to appeal to many.

| The "Always On" Set
|
We're nearly always re-brewing at least one of the "above the line" (always on tap) beers, as they
tend to turn over fairly quickly.
