More evenly balanced than its American counterparts, this delicious blend of Autumn-sown barley
-- together with our special blend of old world malts and hops that range from UK to Czechoslovakia in
origin -- results in a full-bodied and well balanced IPA full of English flavor with a little black-pepper

Ask about our Ha'Firkins.
TL;DR: We start with a 20L (~5 gallons, a "ha'firkin") toasted Hungarian oak barrel, add
some liquor (or wine), swirl it around until it's all soaked in, fill with a matching
craft brew, age until it's perfect, then serve it up.
So the "ask about" part is mostly about what's available and what's in the works.
