Pure Beer Beer made in the style of Bavarian Purity Law:

Nothing but barley, hops, water and yeast.

Always On Tap

"Dirty"
Blonde Ale

ABV: 5.4%
IBU: 26

A light, crisp, Summery beer with just a bit of sass. Gently bittered and dry-hopped (or, as we like to call it, "cold hopped") with a subtle citrusy Cascade, the sweeter malt flavors really shine through.
✔️
"Jefferson"
American Pale Ale

ABV 5.7%
IBU: 75

An easy-drinking Pale Ale with a good bite, but lightly attenuated for plenty of that malty, beery flavor. Good ol' American Cascade adds a subtle citrus note.

Blends nicely into a shandy, if you're looking for a session beer.

✔️
"Leftenant Pepper's"
English IPA

ABV: 5%
IBU: 65

More evenly balanced than its American counterparts, this delicious blend of Autumn-sown barley -- together with our special blend of old world malts and hops that range from UK to Czechoslovakia in origin -- results in a full-bodied and well balanced IPA full of English flavor with a little black-pepper on the back end. We think you'll like it.
"Pretty Purple"
Porter (#5)

ABV: 5%
IBU: 20

Full of body, with a soft mouth feel, this solid, dependable porter has barely a hint of toasted chocolate. A family favorite since its inception, this is the 5th refinement ("#5") of the brewmaster's favorite recipe of his favorite style.

Darned-good stuff, if we say so, ourselves! (Also, it's not really purple!)

✔️
"Fur of the Cat"
West Coast IPA

ABV: 6.1%
IBU: 66

Crisp and hard-hitting, but with a smooth aftertaste. Not quite as "in your face" as some WC-IPAs, but plenty bold enough to hold up against any challenger.

✔️

Often on tap

(We do our best, but these beers take time!)
"Pretty Purple"
Porter
~RESERVE~

   (NITRO)

ABV: 5.9% ++
IBU: 20
-->

That same delicious porter that everyone loves, barrel aged over Wayward Whiskey (Venus Spirits, Santa Cruz).

We didn't think PPP could get any better but then... WOW!

✔️
"Lez Böhm"
Pilsner

ABV: --%
IBU: 40

"Often", but not right now. 🙃
✔️

Rotating taps -- when it's gone, its gone!

Beer styles through which we're working.
Winter Solstice
Holiday Ale

ABV: 8.4%
IBU: 2.5

A "fruit & spice" beer that will definitely keep you warm this holiday season.

Star anise, vanilla, and other seasonal spices help to evoke a holiday-cider feeling. Dip a candy-cane, if you like, and enjoy the yule-tide!

¡Arriba!
Mexican Lager

ABV: 4.5%
IBU: 20

Clean, crisp, dry lager. Perfect for a hot Summer day or as a shandy any time you need to take your refreshment to the extreme.
✔️
Spaceballs
Schwarzbeir

ABV: 5%
IBU: 25

"Black beer" is a dark German lager with an opaque, black colour and hints of chocolate and coffee flavours. Similar to a stout in that it is made from roasted malt, but with the lighter body of a lager.
✔️
"No Need to Argue"
Sour "Lambic" (Weissbier)

ABV: 6.8%
IBU: 11

Belgian-style wheat beer (weissbier) fermented with lambic yeast. Pucker-factor courtesy of pure 100% cranberry juice (concentrate).
"Ghost Pepper *SPICY*"
Red Ale

ABV: 6.0%-ish
IBU: 60

An American-style red ale with just a little kick to it, courtesy of a few ghost peppers.
"Wee Three Kings"
Pecan Pie
Scotch Ale
("Wee Heavy")

   (NITRO)

ABV: 7.5%
IBU: 25

"It tastes like Christmas!" ~Pretty-much everyone who tries it.

A typical scotch ale as the base, but with the delightful taste of pecan pie!
The creamy nitro head carries most of the pie flavor and aroma, while the underlying wee-heavy is more subtle.

"Nut-brown fem-ale"
Brown Ale

ABV: 4.9%
IBU: 40

A light, crisp brown ale with a hint of nut flavor, made with all grain; it contains no nuts!
